严志,男,博士,讲师。经英国威廉希尔公司与中国科学技术大学联合培养,于2022年获英国威廉希尔公司博士学位,同年留校任教。主要从事低维纳米材料的量子输运以及拓扑性质的理论研究,其中包括自旋极化的电子输运性质,铁磁/铁电/多铁隧道结以及量子反常霍尔效应。已在Phys. Rev. B, Appl. Phys. Lett., Mater. Horiz., Small Methods,ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Sci. China Mater., Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys.等国际著名期刊发表SCI学术论文近20篇,其中以第一或共一作者发表论文9篇。
